COOLER A DAY GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The Cooler a Day Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wyld Gear (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to be fully bound by these rules and meet all eligibility requirements. All decisions made by Wyld Gear are final and binding.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted online from April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (MT) to April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (MT). One winner will be randomly selected each day, for a total of 30 winners.
Each winner will be ineligible to win again once selected.
4. How to Enter:
Enter by submitting the online form provided on the official giveaway page. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries or use of multiple email addresses may disqualify you. Incomplete entries or those not following the rules may be disqualified.
5. Prizes:
30 total prizes will be awarded—one per day throughout April 2025.
Each prize is one (1) Wyld Gear Freedom Series 90qt Red, White & Blue Dual-Compartment Cooler, valued at $479.99.
No substitutions or cash equivalents. Prizes are non-transferable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize grants Wyld Gear the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection & Notification:
Each day, one (1) winner will be selected via random drawing under Sponsor supervision. Once selected, winners are removed from future drawings.
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of their selection. If a winner fails to respond within 15 days or cannot be contacted, another eligible winner may be selected.

By entering, you release and hold harmless Wyld Gear, its affiliates, agents, employees, and partners from any liability resulting from participation or prize use/misuse.
11. Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Wyoming and the United States. Any disputes must be handled individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
